The Inspiration Behind the App

Hi! My name is Bessie – a charming mix of Australian Shepherd, Border Collie, and Toller. I live in Norway with my family and love joining them on hikes, playtime, and cuddles.

We've tried many different dog apps, and while some are quite good, we never found our perfect match – an app that truly offers everything we wanted in a dog health companion.

So, we decided to build our own mobile app for Apple iOS only to use the best of Apple's eco-system and services.

It helps us keep track of my weight, food, heat cycles, activities, and treatments. Building the app with AI wasn't easy, but we made it – and we hope you'll love it too!

We're also planning new features like a vet visit log and more advanced AI tools. Some of these will require a subscription to help cover the costs – but we promise it'll be worth it.

Download the app, sign in with iCloud and register your dog with basic information. You're ready to use all the features right away.

Where is my data stored?

All data is stored locally on your device and synchronized via your private iCloud account to provide access across devices. We do not have access to your personal data.

Can I register multiple dogs in the app?

Yes, you can register as many dogs as you want in the app and easily switch between them.

How do I delete data from the app?

You can delete individual records directly in the app. If you want to remove all data, you can use the "Log out" function in settings and then uninstall the app.

Does the app support multiple languages?

Yes, Bessie is available in English, Norwegian, and Swedish. Language is automatically selected based on your device's language settings.
